Ildi began her Pilates journey as a Drama teacher, using Pilates to develop strength, balance and body awareness. She fell in love with the Pilates movement patterns, finding parallels with movements in actor training. Ildi qualified as a Pilates instructor with Studio Pilates and completed her Certificate IV in Pilates with Breathe Education. She is currently working through her Diploma in Clinical Pilates. Her classes focus on flow sequencing and she enjoys seeing her clients empowered through developing strength, coordination and balance.
Kim has had a passion for health and fitness for many years. Her Career in fitness expands over 12 years from Personal and Group training of all ages and abilities. In Kim’s Pilates journey, she felt the benefits of full body training, developing core strength and postural alignment. This lead her to complete her Pilates training which includes pre and post pregnancy. Kim looks forward to welcoming you to share the many benefits that Pilates can bring to every individual of every fitness level. In her spare time, Kim enjoys time with her family, searching and preparing healthy nutritious food and exercising.
Michael’s 15 year health and fitness journey includes qualifications and teaching experience in Pilates, Martial Arts, Rock Climbing,Traditional Chinese Medicine and Personal training. Michael has a certificate 4 in Fitness and is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys exploring movement in all forms. Michael enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels who to strive to be a better and stronger version of themselves.
Louise has had a passion for Pilates since she took her first mat class over 15 years ago. In the last few years she made the choice to become a teacher. Most recently, she completed her Cert IV training with Breathe Pilates and aims to spread her Pilates ethos of encouraging movement in any form. She enjoys the flexibility Pilates offers for any level and believes it is about feeling strong, feeling good and having fun!
